Wedding Information

 

CONTRACTS

Once you have contacted John Tomaselli to discuss your wedding plans, a contract will be mailed out to you.  Your signed contract with deposit (as stated on contract) is due upon receipt.  The balance of the payment is due on the date of your wedding.

WEDDING DETAILS

You should receive your wedding information sheet either via mail with your contract or via email shortly thereafter.   You may also download your wedding info sheet below.  Once completed, be sure to 'save' the document to email to us @ bstreet.info@gmail.com. This sheet contains all of the information we will need for your wedding reception.  (i.e.: names of attendants, specific dances, other requests etc.)  We must have this completed sheet no later than two weeks prior to your wedding.
